Monday-

First day of the week and back to work after the weekend.
Mondays can be a bit harsh and today I am quitting caffeine AND sugar!
This does make things a bit complicated, I nearly fell asleep several times today.
Not to mention the lovely headache that comes from the withdrawal....

Right now I am sipping on a cup de-caffeinated tea and playing with playmobil (:

Graze-

I apologise for not being so active lately!
Guess I have been sort of busy in real life,
but not busy enough to ignore my blog.
Since 1st of January I have been writing a journal daily.
It's great to collect my thoughts at the end of each day,
but it has made me write less here.

Enough about that now.. Today I had a good day at work.
When I got home I opened my graze box and the content this week was surprisingly good (:
The graze box is a box with four small snacks that gets sent to me every Thursday,
it's something to look forward to at the end of a long workweek.

Work-

Today is my first full day at work since before the holidays.
Even though it is a bit cold, I decided to take the girls to the park.
Right now we are in one of the playgrounds in Ravenscourt Park.
I don't have much more to say right now.. I might post something later tonight.

I really like this colour. It's sort of shifting pink and blue.
For you who wonder about the bandage I can tell you it is just an old injury
that feels sore sometimes so I wear a bandage to keep my wrist steady.

New Years-

At the moment I am sittning in a pub listening to Noah playing some great music with his friends.
This is exactly they way I spent last New Years and I'm happy to have the chance to see Noah play.
I'm always so busy with work and school that I usually miss out.
They are playing a set after midnight as well, so it looks like we will be spending the whole night here.

I completely forgot to write about The Hobbit - The Desolation of Smaug yesterday.
To be honest both me and Noah were so tired when we came home.
We pretty much passed out in our bed!
As a quick review I would like to say that this movie lived up to my expectations.
It felt more serious and it was also more thrilling than the first.
Now I can't until next December when part three is coming out.

Back Home-

I apologise for not updating my blog over the past few days.
As mentioned in my last post we spent Christmas in Lüneburg.
Just as I suspected there was no Internet at the house we stayed in,
but it was actually nice to be disconnected over the holidays.
I really got time to spend every minute with my family (:

During our staying I took tons of pictures, which I will post as soon as possible.
Tomorrow I'm returning to work, so today I took the opportunity to do some schoolwork and watch tv.
One of the things I watched was The Hobbit - an unexpected journey, since me and Noah are going to the cinema tomorrow night to see the second movie.
I must say I liked the movie better this time for some reason.
Maybe because it wasn't all new and I could focus more on the actual plot.

Going Away-

Tomorrow morning we are heading out early to get to the airport.

We are going to Lüneburg where we are celebrating Christmas this year.

My mom is born in this cute little town and this will be my first time visiting in wintertime.

This weekend I have been busy and feeling a bit unwell,

so therefor the blog has suffered some inactivity!

Today I have mostly just packed my bags, wrapped the last gift and cuddled with Miso.

We have to leave him for four whole days! :(

I think Miso might know we are going away, because he spent all afternoon sleeping in my coat;

My uncles favourite book is The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
and I am so happy I managed to find a beautiful edition of this book.
I've just sent it away and I hope he will love this gift (:
